Shipping & Returns
At Stitch Lane we want to get you your order as soon as possible.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. We will send out the item/s within 24 hours.
If you need a robe urgently, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to get the robe to you in a shorter timeframe.
All Australian orders have free shipping!
We now ship internationally! If you have any issues with placing an order and the shipping component not working, please email us at email@example.com and we will accommodate your needs.
All full priced items can be returned within 14 days. Any received thereafter may be denied.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags attached. If you wish to return a discounted item, please contact Stitch Lane to discuss the options.

Once Stitch Lane has received your returned package, we’ll inspect your purchase before a credit is issued. Stitch Lane reserves the right to deny issuing a credit if it has been worn, altered, damaged or washed and will be returned to the sender.
RETURN TIMEFRAME AND HOW TO MONITOR PROGRESS
Please allow ten days from receipt of the item for the processing of the refund if approved. You will be notified via email of the outcome within this timeframe and can track the progress on your account. We highly recommend returning items via a shipping method with tracking as Stitch Lane is not held liable for packages that aren’t received.
RETURN SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved a store credit, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

PRODUCTS THE SUBJECT OF A "SALE"
Sale items are not eligible for return. We do not issue store credits on any discounted items including any promotional discounts.
If you would like to exchange your item/s for an alternate size or colour, you are required to return the item and submit a new order.
FAULTY GARMENTS OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If Stitch Lane has shipped you an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com with all details including order and item number and we will reissue a new item/s upon receipt of the item if we deem it incorrect or faulty. .
